Between 10 to 12 May 2016 held in Sibiu working meeting with participation of stakeholders from the three municipalities and Norwegian experts, guests of the project partner, KS. The purpose of the working group meeting focused validation methodology for developing project-specific guidelines, namely: 1 guide for drafting municipal strategies, four guides for selected vulnerable sectors: transport, energy, infrastructure / construction / urban planning guide ecosystems and agricultural technologies.
